KT Solar Returns Policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@ktsolar.com.au to request a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
